Macadamia's - Very cool and tasty nuts

Do any of you eat macadamia's ? I do and I like them alot. They contain massive amounts of energy in the form of fats. Eating 100 grams (3 oz) of these nuts, enables me to skip
lunch. Because of the fats, it produces 720 kcal. This is very nice for when I go somewhere and haven't prepared something to take along..

They are very low in digestible carbohydrates:
Protein: 7.9 g
Fat : 75.8 g
Carb : 13.8 g

Fiber : 8.6 g
Sucrose: 4.4 g
Starch : 1.0 g

I tolerate them *very* well. It's the nut with the highest amount of fat in it. They also have a good Mg/Ca ratio of 130g/85g. For example, I can't eat almonds because of my Mg-
They are kind of expensive, but it's the only nut I can eat without problems in larger quantitites. Because of their high fat contents they won't taste that good when you keep
them for more than a day.
