How much protein and calcium do I really need ?

I found this in Wai's book:

What do you think of that ? Seems sensible ?

I just checked my diet I ate the last week. Seems I don't get anything
near the 2 kilograms of fruit Wai proposes. I think I only eat 500
grams a day. And I eat a lot more fat. I really think 2 kilograms of
fruit or more won't be a good idea. I read in Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes
Solution that even 10 grams of glucose can raise the bloodsugar very
swiftly. Even when buffered with fats, it's just a big load and it
keeps the pancreas active all day long..

( This doesn't mean eating more calcium is unhealthy, but it least says
that the current RDA is way too high )

Also seems sensible I think ?

Another quote about the relation of fat consumption and obesity:

About Wai's diet in general:
I think her diet is something really new:
It's a high raw monosaccharide, high healthy raw fats, relatively low
raw protein diet

I think no other diet compares to her diet. Sure, a fruitarian diet is
unhealthy, that is something I take for granted, but I think this a
different type of diet. It seems logical that 2000 grams of fruits (300
grams of carbs on average) looks like a lot, but if the fat-buffering
works sufficiently well, then it might be really something.

Currenty I am combining her diet with a high-fat diet and I feel really
good. No cravings, no hypoglycemia symptoms (I know those very well). I
think some fruits in the diet might be very beneficial because of the
alkalizing effect..

Perhaps some of you can comment on the quotes above.. Perhaps there are
some flaws in the way Wai thinks.. Please let me know..
